Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives. Production of plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections needed for construction. Develop and produce CAD design packages, including layout, drawings and, specifications for design review, and construction. Manage communication between contractors and owners, including a detailed status of the projects, on-site issues, schedule, and overall risks. Ensure general contractors and plumbers work by the drawing specifications, satisfying building code, ADA, and other applicable standards. Manage project documents including the distribution of new drawings, approved submittal. Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews. 

BA degree in Architecture, Foreign language Mandarin required.
